Stampes Elektro offers laser alignment of motors, pumps and the like. In laser alignment, the axles are centered opposite each other, thereby decreasing the wear.
Alignment correction extends the longevity of bearings, couplings, etc. and minimises heat loss from couplings and bearings, leading to increased overall efficiency of the equipment.
Perfect alignment is achieved when both machines’ central lines coincide. This measures and calculates the laser design equipment, and indicates how much the machines should be moved relative to each other, to the 1/100th mm.
After completed alignment, machine alignment documentation is printed; this documentation indicates the tolerances used.
