The control box is built into ABS box. The control box is built to protection grade II standard and is double insulated. The box is CE-marked according to IEC 60335-2-86. The box is CE-marked according to IEC 60335-2-86.
The control box is built to work in conjunction with anode wand with dead man’s switch. The control box is arranged in such a way that there can be no tension on the anode unless the dead man’s switch is activated. Release of the dead man’s switch immediately disconnects the voltage to the anode and cathode. The control box contains built-in monitoring of any voltage interruption on the anode and cathode ends; if the voltage is not interrupted, it will not be possible to reconnect the voltage the next time the dead man’s switch is activated.
The control box is equipped with 2 connectors. The sockets are different, in order to avoid confusion.
The control box has built-in fuses for DC output and for control current to the dead man’s switch. The fuses are of the automatic type, and are mounted under flap lid so that they can be easily reconnected.
The control box is equipped with 2 control lamps. Green indicates that the generator is transmitting voltage and that the main switch is on. White indicates that the dead man’s switch is activated and that there is voltage on the electrodes.
The control box is built to work with a three-phase 400 volt generator plant of approximately 5.0 to 6.5 KVA. The control box transmits pure DC voltage. The control box transmits pure DC voltage.
